The entire staff at Grand River Periodontics was wonderful! My experience with them went smoothly, from my first phone call with Dawn to schedule the appointment to me leaving the facility. Dawn was so kind when I scheduled the appointment and when I checked in. Dawn also explained the billing process because I was going out of network. I appreciated Sofie’s energy and her attention to detail. Dr. Rachel Sinaccola was very proficient with the evaluation and yet took the time to explain her findings and suggestions. I recommend Grand River Periodontics.

Highly recommend Dr. Sinacola and her team! I was referred by my dentist and felt pretty nervous initially. They walked me through the procedure step-by-step and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed the entire time. Truly the best!

The team at Grand Valley Periodontics is the best place ever to have to have gum work done. They know their stuff and try their best to hardest to be pain free and safe your teeth and body support. I highly recommend their office for your needs. Can’t stress enough. Dr. Sinacola is the right Dr for you along the with hygienists. And the front desk Dawn and Brad are the sweetest people to help you with insurance and the right time you need!

I highly recommend Dr . Sinacola and team ! I had a procedure today that was serious and Pam helped calm me and walk me through what the doctor was going to do during the next 2 hours. The bedside manner and the professionalism was very impressive. This is not something that I am used to dealing with. I was anxious going in but feel confident moving forward.

Dr. Sinacola and her team are amazing — from the front desk to the assistants and, of course, Dr. Sinacola herself. At every visit, I was greeted with smiling faces, clear expertise, and real understanding. I especially appreciated their transparency around costs and their consistent, thoughtful communication about appointments, next steps, and payments. I have significant dental anxiety, and needing gum surgery was my literal nightmare (it took me over a year to even schedule the appointment). But the team at Grand River Periodontics walked me through every step with patience and care, making sure I felt comfortable and ready the entire way. Every visit I saw the same staff. That might seem like a small detail, but it goes a long way in building trust and a relationship when you already have a fear built up around dental work. They even took the time to prepare my wife to support me after surgery and ensured we both fully understood the aftercare for the best possible outcome.
